Villa 33

The house sits on two landmarked residential lots. Because of the local historic regulations, the house exterior had to be designed to look like two separate houses. The interior however does not. The main space is organized by a double height space with two large arched windows overlooking the enclosed pool area. Large crystal chandeliers organize the main areas while pastel colour tones soften the feel of the interior. The house consists of two floors and a useable attic. The main spaces are on the lower floors while the bedrooms are on the second floor.
