This small one bedroom duplex is situated in a former commerical garage. The duplex was designed to take advantage of the glorious living room height. The glass stair in the narrow hallway opens up to a double-height space beyond. Under counter refrigerators and flush cabinets with a cantilevered bar disguise the functionality of the kitchen. The frosted glass wall above the kitchen separates the bathroom from the more public space below. The clear glass above eye level allow a continuous view from the bathroom and bedroom on the upper level to the living room and double height windows beyond.
